Essential qualifications include:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, with an advanced degree in biosciences or related fields preferred.
  • At least 4 years of experience as a publications manager in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven success in working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong English written and oral communication skills, with excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Solid scientific analytical skills and proficiency in data management and global data protection regulations

Responsibilities:

As our Senior Global Publications Manager, you will be at the forefront of our publication strategy for Delgocitinib and the broader LEO portfolio. Your main objective will be to ensure the timely, compliant, and impactful delivery of scientific publications, including manuscripts and congress activities:

  • Lead the development of strategic and tactical publication plans for assigned therapeutic areas.
  • Manage cross-functional publication teams and oversee timelines for publication outputs.
  • Implement and execute publication plans in alignment with our scientific narrative.
  • Liaise with internal & external authors, coordinating reviews, and ensuring adherence to ICMJE and GPP criteria.
  • Critically review and edit the work of internal and external medical writers.
  • Serve as central contact with internal and external stakeholders on all aspects of scientific publications to ensure an efficient and transparent process for communication of data
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable SOPs, policies, processes, & compliance guidelines.
  • Collaborate with medical leads & biostatisticians to ensure availability of necessary data.

A growth mindset, proactivity and independence in driving projects will be an advantage for this role.
Your qualifications:
We are seeking a professional with a robust background in scientific Publications and experience in launch planning and execution of launch related Medical Communications tactics, ideally supplemented by global experience.
