Job Description

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • End to end recruitment roles – 7 regions, 67 countries.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and local HRs to define necessary requirements for open roles.
  • Participate in regional/global calls to present the recruitment evolution.
  • Advertise open positions to external and internal networks.
  • Keep in touch with applicants, schedule recruitment steps, provide feedback, and manage the offering process.
  • Reach out to passive candidates via recruiting emails and follow up as necessary.
  • Solicit referrals from current employees, acquaintances, and industry professionals.
  • Maintain organized databases with candidates information.
  • Deliver recruitment HR reports.
    Qualifications

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • A seasoned professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field, with prior experience in corporate environment, international recruitment.
  • Ideal candidate will have a track record of driving end to end recruitment campaigns, for international profiles, in a SaaS or Service B2B environment.
  • Proficiency in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills that shine in both formal and informal settings. French/Spanish/German - nice to have.
  • Experience in recruiting sales B2B roles and senior profiles across different countries.
  • Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion abilities, especially in cold calling and recruiting emails.
  • Strong time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously.
  • Sense of urgency, ability to adapt quickly to new challenges.
  • Can do attitude, ability to work under pressure.
  • The capacity to work even through uncertainties.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
  • Familiarity with hiring practices in multiple countries.
  • Prepare comprehensive analysis reports, presenting findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
