Description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Google Ads (PPC) Specialist to drive the success of our clients’ PPC campaigns, making them your own and delivering exceptional results. As a key player on our team, you will oversee all aspects of clients’ paid search efforts, including campaign setup, strategic planning, monitoring, and optimization. REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: At least 2 years in Google Ads management, or 1 year in a digital agency.
  • Certifications: Must hold relevant Google Ads certifications.
  • Skills: Proficient in written and spoken English with strong client management skills.
  • Attributes: Self-initiated, responsible, resourceful, with a positive and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Keyword Research & Optimization: Conduct thorough keyword research, create compelling ad copy, and optimize bidding strategies, conversion rates, and calls to action to drive campaign success.
  • End-to-End Management: Lead the planning, execution, and management of PPC campaigns, ensuring that goals and timelines are met.
  • Data Analysis & Tracking: Perform data analysis using tools like Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, providing insights and actionable recommendations to enhance performance.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor keyword costs, split testing, landing page effectiveness, and cost per conversion to continually improve campaign outcomes. Provide monthly reports with data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary client contact, managing emails, calls, and online meetings to provide regular updates on strategy and campaign progress.
  • CRM Updates: Regularly update the company CRM system with campaign progress, client communications, and relevant data.
  • Collaboration & Best Practices: Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members, sharing PPC best practices and advising on client campaign improvements.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry news, trends, and best practices to continuously improve campaign outcomes.
