Responsibilities:
Paramount to success within this varied role will include;
- Knowledge of government legislation and polices.
- Knowledge of processes and procedures (e.g., for visa processes and trade license renewals) related to government documentation and processes (e.g. for Ministry of Labour, Ministry of Immigration, Municipality, etc).
- Knowledge of and ability to provide accurate advice in relation to Government and Ministry of Labour and Immigration requirements in accordance with Labour Law, policies and procedures.
- Ability to use own initiative to solve problems.
- Well-developed interpersonal communication skills including the ability to perform effectively in a team environment with a strong client focus.
- Demonstrate ability to negotiate with and influence, where necessary, relevant government departments as required.
- Demonstrated ability to use a range of computerised government system applications.
- Strong detail orientation and ability to maintain large amounts of information organized effectively.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including use of MS Word and MS Excel.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 1 year career experience in a similar role.
Bilingual communication skills in both English and Arabic are essential and interest from UAE Nationals will be warmly received.
