We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Graphic Designer to join our Global team and help us in our overall marketing efforts as we continue to expand our reach and enhance our offerings. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and video work.
  • Logo Design and Branding expertise.
  • Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma.
  • Experience in creating visual assets for digital platforms (Banner creation and creativities for Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Strong creativity and attention to detail, with the ability to produce visually compelling designs.
  • Solid understanding of brand development, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:

ROLE SUMMARY:

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Graphic Designer at Domotz. The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating and designing graphics, logos, branding elements, digital, print, and video assets that aligns with our brand guidelines and supports our business goals. As a key contributor to our brand’s visual identity, you will collaborate closely with the whole marketing team, as well as with sales and product teams to create high-quality materials that enhance our brand presence across all channels. This role is highly creative and detail-oriented.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design & Visual Content Creation: Develop and create visually appealing digital, print, and video assets that align with the company’s brand standards and business objectives. Design creative assets for various marketing campaigns, including web design, ad creatives, social media graphics, email templates, presentations, and event collateral. Conceptualize and produce engaging video content for marketing initiatives, including promotional videos, tutorials, and social media stories.
  • Brand Consistency & Guidelines: Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all creative materials. Collaborate with the Sr Content Manager to establish and uphold brand standards in all visual communications. Ensure that all designs, from web elements to printed materials, reflect the brand’s identity and resonate with target audiences.
  • Web & Digital Design: Design and optimize website visuals, landing pages, and user interface elements to enhance the user experience and drive engagement. Create digital ad creatives that support paid advertising efforts, ensuring they are optimized for performance and aligned with campaign objectives. Stay updated on design trends and best practices for web and digital platforms to ensure cutting-edge visuals.
  • Print & Swag Design: Design high-quality print materials such as brochures, banners, packaging, and promotional merchandise (swag) that support business events and brand initiatives. Coordinate with print vendors to ensure the accurate production of all print materials, from proofing to final delivery.
  • Video Production: Conceptualize, storyboard, and create video content that supports marketing campaigns and enhances brand storytelling. Collaborate with internal teams to produce product demos, customer testimonials, and promotional videos. Ensure all video assets are on-brand, high-quality, and effectively communicate key messages.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing content, growth, and product marketing teams to deliver creative assets that support marketing strategies and campaigns. Partner with product teams to design non-product creative assets that effectively communicate product value and brand messaging. Collaborate with external vendors and agencies for large-scale print, video production, and promotional materials when necessary.
