REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency in english +B2
• Minimum of 4 years as a graphic design professional. (Ad. Agencies, Tech Companies or start ups will be a plus)
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Proficiency in tools for editing and creating video (After Effects, Premiere, etc.)
• Solid knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for visual innovation.
• Knowledge of current design trends and experience in designing for multiple channels and platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet established deadlines.
• Collaboration with teams from different areas.
• Proficiency in Notion
• Knowledge of email design such as newsletters, sending platforms such as Klaviyo (a plus)
• Proficiency in FIGMA (a plus).

ABOUT THE ROLE

Lead design projects, creating high-quality designs that effectively communicate the desired message while maintaining brand consistency, contributing to the success of the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and create attractive and effective visual and audiovisual elements, such as illustrations, graphics, banners, print and digital materials, among others.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand and translate their design requirements into creative and visual solutions.
• Maintain and apply the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all design materials.
• Market research and user testing for graphic pieces when required.
• Edit and enhance images, photographs, and graphics to optimize their quality and use in print and digital media.
• Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, human resources, advertising, web development, and sales, to meet project objectives.
• Manage design projects from conception to delivery, establish deadlines, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Adapt designs for use in print, digital, social media, and other platforms, ensuring visual consistency.
• Implementation of design methodologies.
• Maintain and organize a digital archive of design assets and project-related documentation.
• Data analysis to make decisions regarding graphic designs published through various media.
• Conduct workshops for the internal team to find graphic solutions.
• Define and create videos from scratch.
