Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

If the words ‘creative and ‘marketing’ get you off the sofa – you might be one for the Nick Scali digital team. We are looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer who is passionate about design and has a strong background in digital media.
You will play a crucial role in driving a digital and design-first strategy for the company, elevating it, and capturing attention across all organic and paid marketing channels.
Please note that this role would be on-site. You will be based at our Head Office in North Rhyde and will be working in office Monday – Friday
.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute high-quality marketing material across Australia and New Zealand, including store posters, website content, social media graphics, videos, and other digital assets.
  • Create and manage both organic and paid content for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.), EDMs, and personalised web content, ensuring consistent and elevated design standards.
  • Collaborate with the digital team to enhance our e-commerce store’s UX and UI, taking the lead on the creation of website modifications and updates.
  • Produce engaging and brand-building video content aligned with brand positioning and messaging, continuously testing and iterating for optimal performance.
  • Support the digital marketing team with A/B testing of digital assets, providing recommendations to improve campaign performance based on data insights.
  • Maintain and catalogue all digital assets, including high-res images and video content.
  • Assist with marketing operations initiatives such as TVC production, mini-shoots, and internal marketing activities.
