DESCRIPTION
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for compiling compelling creative campaigns and ensuring the execution thereof.
This role is designed for someone who is creative and can blend graphics, audio, video, and animation to create visual and interactive content across various platforms.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: Minimum six (6) years of design experience; Qualification in graphic design/multimedia design/information design is required.
- Skills: Exceptional organisational skills, proactive, with the ability to work independently. Strong communication skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities. Attention to detail. Time management.
- Technology: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Creative Cloud, comfortable with various online project management tools, and digital platforms.
- Qualities: Attention to detail, the capability to maintain discretion and confidentiality, and flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of a fast-growing organisation.
- Advantageous: 3D modelling and rendering, animation skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide creative concepts for campaigns and client briefs
- Oversee and proof check submissions from junior team members
- Create visual designs for various media, including print, digital, and multimedia. This could include logos, websites, brochures, advertisements, product packaging, and more.
- Develop creative ideas and concepts for visual projects, often working with a brief from clients or management.
- Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to understand project requirements and incorporate feedback.
- Use design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Microsoft 360, or other relevant tools to create and manipulate designs.
- Develop and maintain branding elements such as logos, colour schemes, typography, and other visual components to ensure brand consistency.
- Design effective layouts and compositions, considering elements like balance, contrast, alignment, and proximity to create visually appealing designs.
- Select and arrange typefaces, considering readability, style, and tone to complement the overall design.
- Edit and manipulate images, including retouching, cropping, resizing, and enhancing, to meet the needs of a project.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed on time.
- Review and proof designs for errors, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Understand printing processes, colour profiles, and production requirements for print and digital media to ensure designs are correctly produced.
- Stay up to date with design trends, industry developments, and innovative technologies to inspire and inform design work.
- Present design concepts to clients or stakeholders and document the design process for future reference or handover.
- Ensure designs meet legal requirements and ethical standards, especially in industries with specific regulations (e.g. adding T’s & C’s).
- Troubleshoot and find creative solutions to design challenges.
