SENIOR GRAPHICS DESIGNER, ONGOING, SYDNEY
This role is a salary Grade 9/10, with the base salary for this role starting at $120,859 - $133,183 base plus superannuation, commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a creative individual with a keen eye for design to join our team as a Senior Graphics Designer. In this role, you will provide expert design advice and oversee the planning and production of print, motion, and digital visual communications across multiple channels. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate extensively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver end-to-end graphic design projects. You will also develop and manage the asset library, corporate style guides, publications, branding and marketing products, collateral, and artefacts needed to build and enhance INSW’s profile. Your work will support the agency’s communication strategy and objectives, helping to achieve NSW Government priorities.
Some of the key accountabilities for the role include:
- Leading, managing and delivering the design of high-quality, effective and engaging visual print and digital communication products, collateral and artefacts that meet stakeholder, branch, division and agency requirements.
- Successfully delivering end to end design projects, corrections and finished designs for a variety of communications, media, brand and marketing projects within agreed timelines, budgets and compliance standards to achieve agreed business objectives.
- Managing and delivering the design, layout and production of internal and external publications, imagery and infographics that communicate complex information in a way that ensures it is readily understood and fit for purpose across all media channels and formats.
- Leading and contributing to the development, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the corporate style guide, and graphics library of approved products, collateral and artefacts.
