To strengthen our team in Finance within Mangrove GermanCo II GmbH at the Herne site, we are now looking for a
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- You possess a university degree in economics or finance, or have equivalent experience.
- You have previously worked in this field and have gained extensive knowledge in financial statements and IFRS consolidation.
- You have solid experience with consolidation tools and MS Office products, complementing your capability as an IFRS expert and consultant for our local finance teams. You have the knack for summarizing and elucidating complex accounting matters in an easy-to-understand way. Additionally, you enjoy optimizing tools and processes within a corporate setting.
- Your capacity to think analytically and troubleshoot effectively is essential.
- Proficiency in both German and English is required, while knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.

Responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly, quaterly and consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS and independent responsibility for sub-areas (e.g. segment reporting, cash flow statement)
- Independent processing of special IFRS topics such as goodwill impairment test, IAS 19, IFRS 7
- Preparation of reports for capital market reporting as well as internal reports and presentations
- Preparation of ad hoc reports and analyses for the Executive Board and investors
- Supporting subsidiaries with accounting issues
- Taking on special projects (e.g. ESG reporting)
