ABOUT THIS ROLE:

The Incubator is part of our Product & Tech organisation and as its Senior Group Product Manager you will accelerate disruptive ideas & innovations through development of both new propositions and capabilities. In this newly created role, you will lead a small team of dedicated senior product managers to help create the future products and priorities for our world class Product & Tech organisation. Working with our existing product leaders, stakeholders, and end users, you’ll look beyond the products and technology we currently have, and make sure that we’re always challenging ourselves on the possible when solving problems for all of our users.

• Further developing the Incubator into a lean, mean, innovation machine with the right culture, mindset, people and ways of working.
• Leading your team to deliver tangible results quickly: it doesn’t stop at validating hypotheses and you will have the execution power to do so.
• Telling a compelling product innovation story, gathering support and momentum from all corners of the organisation, showing the way forward to a brighter future for our product.
• Working with senior product and tech leaders, and global stakeholders, to define our vision and priorities for new problem spaces
• Setting up exciting partnerships outside of Just Eat Takeaway to accelerate our product innovation.
