Job Description
As a Senior Group Transfer Pricing Tax Manager you will be responsible for leading all TP affairs of assigned countries / territories to achieve group tax objectives, ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance procedures in relation to transfer pricing and maintain a collaborative relationship across all functions and Business Units. Besides, you will represent Group Tax function in Transfer Pricing matters.
Responsibilities:
- Support TP function on all Group transfer pricing affairs (covering the whole TP cycle, strategy/planning, operations, compliance, and risk management)
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance procedures in relation to transfer pricing
- Manage and maintain the TP compliance framework of the Group (including Benchmarking and Transfer Pricing Operations aspects)
- Monitor tax / TP regulations and developments (e.g. BEPS) & communicate and implement required changes to maintain compliance
- Develop and implement transfer pricing concepts for new business/activities (including support in M&A and merger integration activities)
- Support Tax / TP audits and APAs and actively contribute to the maintenance of a strong & positive relationship with tax authorities & advisors
- Lead all TP affairs of assigned countries/territories
