OVERVIEW

As a Senior Growth Manager, your primary responsibility will be to identify, nurture, and secure new high-quality, winnable leads. You will collaborate closely with our strategists and creatives to convert these leads into successful projects.
The role involves implementing a programme of activities to raise our profile and generate high quality new business opportunities from targeted prospects. This role involves supporting the planning and execution of marketing strategies, conducting market research, and identifying new business opportunities. You will help drive sales growth, build and maintain client relationships, and contribute to the development of business strategies.
This is a supporting role created to enable us to achieve our growth ambitions so you will ideally already have proven business development background and a passion for selling agency communications solutions.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Lead Management: Must have experience developing new prospect pipelines, engaging contacts and nurturing cold leads
  • Campaign Outreach: A proven track record of developing cold outreach campaigns to engage new target prospects and secure high-quality meetings
  • Agency Experience: Previous experience in an agency environment with a solid understanding of the new business process.
  • Value Articulation: Ability to grasp and compellingly articulate our offerings.
  • Consultative Selling: Use a consultative approach to sell our services, building relationships with targeted individuals and organizations.
  • Prospect Understanding: Understand prospects’ needs and challenges, linking our services to them in a value-added way.
  • Sector Understanding: Deep understanding of the digital and communications offer with experience in sourcing opportunities and pitching for this work.

Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline Generation and Growth: Strategically identify and build relationships with potential new clients with a focus on digital engagement solutions including corporate websites, employee intranets and employee engagement campaigns, communications campaigns, and social and SEO strategy work.
  • Innovative Approaches: Bring fresh insights, ideas, and creativity to target prospective clients.
  • Relationship Management: Nurture and maintain strong relationships with target organisations to drive towards high quality new business meetings.
  • Pitch Improvement: Take proactive ownership of enhancing pitching standards to improve conversion rates. This includes bid management, RFI/RFP support and completion, project management, and providing strategic insight.
  • Reporting: Reporting of confirmed new business wins, pipeline management and sales activity, for the weekly sales report and monthly board report.
