Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior (Level 4 or 5) Project Management Specialist – CH-47F Block II Program in Ridley Park, PA.

BASIC QUALIFICATION FOR LEVEL 4, LEAD (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Must have a Bachelor of Degree or higher
  • 3 or more years’ experience using Program Management Best Practices (PMBP) process and methods.
  • 3 or more years’ experience in operations/manufacturing/or supply chain
  • 3 or more years’ experience with Earned Value management (EVM), Financial Analysis, or Risk management.

BASIC QUALIFICATION FOR LEVEL 5, SENIOR (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Must have a Bachelor of Degree or higher
  • 5 or more years’ experience using Program Management Best Practices (PMBP) process and methods.
  • 5 or more years’ experience in operations/manufacturing/or supply chain
  • 5 or more years’ experience with Earned Value management (EVM), Financial Analysis, or Risk management.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Experience with production engineering or manufacturing engineering
  • Experience in an Engineering discipline.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with Site Leaders, Programs, functional stakeholders, and Suppliers.
  • Supports the execution of integrated program strategies, goals, and objectives through the creation of execution plans, statements of work and the implementation of the Program Management Best Practices.
  • Analyzes and develops business cases.
  • Develops and implements plans to communicate status, performance, issues and actions and promote rapid resolution, aligned to the Program Management Best Practices.
  • Prepares materials and documents for executive-level meetings and periodic reviews.
