Our Dunedin-based team are seeking a driven clinician for an exciting Senior Hand Therapist role to be part of our senior leadership team. You will be instrumental in leading and building our hand therapy service in Dunedin, supporting 2 x Hand Therapy Associates whilst providing best practice and service delivery solutions. We will provide you with the tools to look after people the way they deserve to be taken care of – the Habit Health way.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Service / Team Leads and Regional Managers for prompt service delivery
  • Deliver memorable customer experience with your knack in providing solutions for rehabilitation services and products
  • Build positive relationships with all stakeholders
  • Manage your caseload whilst promoting efficient workflows
  • Support and mentor two hand therapy associates in their journey to becoming qualified hand therapists
