Description:
Rockwell Automation is a global technology leader focused on helping the world’s manufacturers be more productive, sustainable, and agile. With more than 28,000 employees who make the world better every day, we know we have something special. Behind our customers - amazing companies that help feed the world, provide life-saving medicine on a global scale, and focus on clean water and green mobility - our people are energized problem solvers that take pride in how the work we do changes the world for the better.
We welcome all makers, forward thinkers, and problem solvers who are looking for a place to do their best work. And if that’s you we would love to have you join us!
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Design enclosures for the electrical industry
- Review and further development of CUBIC’s existing product portfolio
- Design solutions for specific projects or market segments in collaboration with the customer
- Cooperation with international standardization and approval bodies, including IEC/EN and UL
- Participate in project groups across the organization
- Be a knowledge bank for the entire organization in selected fields.
Your working day is divided between your own specific design tasks and support for customers. In addition to colleagues in the Danish development department, you will also work with colleagues across CUBIC/Rockwell Automation’s international organization.
You come from a similar role today, where you are responsible for technical product development – preferably in a role where project progress has been created through a driving and coordinating work effort. As we work with equipment that must meet directives supported by product standards such as IEC, UL ATEX, experience with this is an advantage.
You have a relevant education, probably at bachelor’s level or higher, with a technical professional focus as an electrical or mechanical engineer, marine engineer or similar. Experience with construction in 3D programs is an advantage, just as experience with design and construction of low-voltage switchboards is an additional plus.
