SENIOR HE LEAD LECTURER – UNIVERSITY CENTRE NEWBURY

Hours: 37 Hours per Week / 52 Weeks per year
Salary: Salary Upon interview
We are looking for a dynamic and visionary leader to join our university team.
This is an exciting new role within our University Centre to lead the development and growth of our engineering programme, ensuring it future success and educational excellence.
You will be an experienced professional with history of leading high quality Higher Education teaching, learning and assessment throughout designated areas of provision which meets the needs of employers and external stakeholders such as University partners.
You will bring to the role strong professional leadership skills, working effectively across teams to meet department and UCN goals. You will be an experienced educator, qualified to Doctorate level. Overall, you will have proven ability to innovate, engage and establish working partnerships.

• Lead the strategic planning and implementation of the engineering programme for HE.
• Support future growth targets for UCN Engineering programmes.
• Liaise with Universities to promote our Courses and build long term relationships. Be the main point on Contact between University partners and stakeholders.
