    Our highly specialised Health Business Banking team are looking for an experienced Senior Business Banker or Senior Relationship Manager to join them in managing and growing a portfolio of customers.
    This role is a customer interfacing role which proactively manages the customer relationships and meet their needs by providing fully integrated financial service solutions through the most cost effective and appropriate channels. Critical to the success of this role is the ability of the Manager to develop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders to grow their portfolio with new customers.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Business Development/Sales/Client Acquisition and/or Operations Growth Management, ideally within in Banking or Financial Institutions, and/or equivalent professional experience in a related career, highly desirable if in Health Sector.
  • Comprehensive understanding of business and commercial practices with significant emphasis on sales, lending, credit assessment and control experience.
  • A curious mindset in seeking out opportunities to increase share of wallet for customers in the portfolio.
  • Proven capability in managing complex client relationships and driving client advocacy.
  • Demonstrated tenacity and resilience to increase enterprise value driven by working closely with and maintaining strong agreed strategy with the Business and Private Bank
  • Ability to build and maintain effective and constructive working relationships with a range of senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to communicate at both strategic and operational level internally and externally, making effective decisions balancing business and stakeholder needs.
