QUALIFICATIONS
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have:
- Several years of experience with relevant H&S work ideally from a pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical production or laboratory environment.
- Fluency in oral and written Danish and English.
- A strong focus on crisis response, business resilience, security and emergency response management, fire related building requirements.
- Good foundation in the occupational work environment area, as well as experience with legislative requirements, ISO 45001 standard, and QEHS audits/inspections.
- Ability to negotiate the right H&S solutions while balancing H&S response with other business needs, and an interest in both strategic and hands-on tasks.

Responsibilities:
As a Health and Safety Manager, you’ll collaborate across the organization to drive impactful results, support strategic initiatives, and enhance our Health & Safety (H&S) strategies. Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Set directions and deliver impactful results, providing advice and support to management on H&S decisions and initiatives, focusing on health & safety, risk, security, and resilience.
- Support NNPR facilities in achieving long-term H&S goals, including business resilience, crisis and emergency management, and security safety management.
- Manage H&S processes, identify and implement better practices, and share knowledge across NNPR facilities, acting hands-on during projects related to New Product Entry and Facility Management.
- Coordinate H&S initiatives, audit activities, and communication with authorities, supporting construction and shutdown processes, and driving continuous communication and training across NNPR
