QUALIFICATIONS

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• An academic degree within Health and Safety or a similar relevant field. At least 5 years of professional experience.
• Project Management capabilities with experience in planning, guiding, and supporting key stakeholders and team members.
• Proven track record withing the Health & Safety field.
• Solid understanding of ISO45001
• Fluency in both Danish and English communication.

Your responsibilities include:

• Providing support and guidance on HS matters within our DPP&ET production, office, lab and projects.
• Assisting in developing, deployment and implementation of streamlined and standardized HS processes and procedure for ISO 45001 and legislation compliance
• Assisting SVP HS Partner, HS Representatives and HS leaders in driving HS Processes, meetings and training
• Maintaining HS training material and transitioning it towards a visual training concept.
• Conduct trends analyses, performance monitoring, follow up and communication/updates performance overview
• Maintain and update internal Health & Safety SharePoint site
• Support and conduct consolidated ISO 45001 Management Review Report
