An excellent opportunity has arisen to work as a band 3 within the SACT Outreach team, we deliver treatment at various locations across Manchester providing patients the opportunity to have treatment at home. We are looking for someone to join our dynamic nurse led team and work across the sites and at Oak Road Treatment centre as required delivering a high standard of care
There are two 37.5 hours per week roles, sites are located at St Ann’s Little Hulton, New Mills, Dr Kershaw’s in Oldham, St Luke’s in Winsford, Tameside & Bury.
