At the end of the 1980s, we extended ours beyond the Middle East and acquired land in Portugal for the construction of a sterile factory for injectable pharmaceutical products. This was an important turning point for the company, and our first step into a new region. Today, in Portugal, we have more than 900 employees and 3 factories for the production of injectable medicines.
Hikma, intends to recruit a Senior Helpdesk (m/f) to integrate Information Technology Department, on-site work.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures all desktop hardware, software and components are properly installed and configured on each workstation as per organization standards
  • Assists with tasks that arise when other Information Systems personnel are not present or need assistance.
  • Escalates and monitors unresolved technical issues to a higher support tier
  • Provides excellent customer service. Be visible and available to users who require technical assistance
  • Provides management and administrative support of digital communication systems; including on-boarding training and orientation for staff and administrations.
  • Understands Hikma policies, services, and staff and adheres to all corporate policies and procedures
  • Clearly documents features, technical specifications, and infrastructure requirements for self-produced technical work and job processes. As well as documents compliance for future reference and audit
  • Follows procedures, backups, troubleshooting, and health checks, completion and sign-off
  • Maintaining positive supplier relations, evaluating supply options, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Manages small to medium sized projects local or corporate driven according to agree upon budgets and schedules
