Description:
Teqniq is searching for a Senior Housing Regulation Officer to work in the public sector.
37 hours per week.
3 month contract.
09:00-17:30
Responsibilities:
We are looking for x2 Senior Housing Regulation Officers/Environmental Health Practitioners or equivalent with experience in private sector housing enforcement and regulation.
Able to undertake full range of regulatory functions in relation to private sector housing including HHSRS inspections, property licensing, enforcement action and investigations and representing the Council at Court or Tribunal. Must be experienced at serving Improvement Notices under the Housing Act 2004.
One of the roles will take a lead on fire safety in high rise buildings.
This is hybrid working, with a minimum of two days in the office. you need to be able to come into the office for ad hoc meetings, special project work, etc, but adequate notice would be given.
