This role would suit a HR Admin ready to take on their next challenge in a large, public sector organization!
Location: Potters Bar, Hertfordshire - 3 days a week and 2 days WFH
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Senior HR Admin, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive HR support to our corporate teams, acting as a trusted advisor on employee relations, benefits administration, HR analytics, and compliance with employment law. You will work closely with managers and employees to foster a positive workplace culture and ensure that CareTech’s HR processes are efficient, transparent, and aligned with our organizational goals.
This role is ideal a solution-oriented HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering high-impact HR support.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Employee Relations (ER): Offer first-line guidance on ER matters such as disciplinary actions, grievance procedures, and absence management. You will help manage and resolve employee relations cases, ensuring consistency and compliance with company policies.
Benefits Management: Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring employees are informed and supported with their queries, and liaise with external providers to ensure smooth service delivery.
HR Analytics & Reporting: Report on HR to drive decision-making and continuous improvement across HR practices.
HR Administration: Assist in employment-related documentation, such as contracts, offer letters, and employment changes. You will also support with maintaining accurate employee records (DBS renewals, Right to Work checks, etc.).
Collaboration with Managers: Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR support, identifying solutions to challenges and offering expertise on people management practices.
Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure adherence to UK employment law and internal policies, while helping to develop and implement HR policies that support the business.
