Hours of work - Fulltime Permanent Position
Location - This position is primarily based at 53 Hereford Street, Christchurch Central
Salary - The salary band for this position goes from $74,394 - $82,660 per annum based on a 40 hour week. Starting salaries will be based on knowledge, skills and experience the successful candidate brings to the role, and relativities both, within the immediate team and in the broader organisation for the same or similar roles.

Responsibilities:
As our Senior HR Administrator, you will be a trusted source of information for all of our HR Administration functions. The team will look to you for support and guidance on process and best practice as we work to better document our current state processes in anticipation of a new HRIS in the not-too-distant future. Using your experience and knowledge you will contribute to the development of our HR service so that it continues to be recognised for its excellence for the advice and support it offers.
This role will support the Manager HR Administration with tasks such as administration of the Training Plan for new starts, task monitoring and delegation to the HR Administration team, and ad hoc project leadership in support of the wider People & Capability unit.
