Description:
REQUIREMENTS
- University Degree.
- 2 years of experience in the area.
- Advanced and conversational English.
- Experience in payroll processes in the U.S. or Mexico (Benefits).
- Knowledge in Workday, Microsoft Office, SAP Global View (desired).
Responsibilities:
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide HR transaction support for core HR processes, including hiring, terminations & job changes.
- Update and maintain employee records in Workday; create and deliver HR reports, maintain personnel files.
- Resolve requests through servicenow case management system, striving for first contact resolution.
- Actively build and develop the HR knowledge base to help GPS colleagues perform duties with efficiency and high quality.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to improve employee experience and enhance efficiency.
- Apply sound judgement and discretion with sensitive information.
- Provide input to the development of Workday & servicenow enhancements to improve employee experience.
- Update business processes and process documentation to ensure accuracy, relevance and consistency.
- Document new processes and or update missing steps in process documents, as needed.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to peers in processing HR transactions.
