Description:

REQUIREMENTS

  • University Degree.
  • 2 years of experience in the area.
  • Advanced and conversational English.
  • Experience in payroll processes in the U.S. or Mexico (Benefits).
  • Knowledge in Workday, Microsoft Office, SAP Global View (desired).

Responsibilities:

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide HR transaction support for core HR processes, including hiring, terminations & job changes.
  • Update and maintain employee records in Workday; create and deliver HR reports, maintain personnel files.
  • Resolve requests through servicenow case management system, striving for first contact resolution.
  • Actively build and develop the HR knowledge base to help GPS colleagues perform duties with efficiency and high quality.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects to improve employee experience and enhance efficiency.
  • Apply sound judgement and discretion with sensitive information.
  • Provide input to the development of Workday & servicenow enhancements to improve employee experience.
  • Update business processes and process documentation to ensure accuracy, relevance and consistency.
  • Document new processes and or update missing steps in process documents, as needed.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to peers in processing HR transactions.
