POSITION OVERVIEW:

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

  • 3-5 years of related HR experience required
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, across all audience levels
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially in Excel
  • Warm, professional and engaging disposition
  • Analytical and results focused, but with a strong ability to multitask
  • Comfort working both independently and in a team setting
  • Accountability mindset, for oneself and others

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing, executing, and documenting HR policies and processes focusing on operational discipline, reporting, data accuracy and local compliance requirements.
  • Assisting with activities related to the annual performance management cycle including merit, promotion, and compensation reviews and participating in training sessions for these processes and providing reporting updates
  • Provide operational and best practice advice on a range of business/HR issues in EMEA
  • Basic handling of employee inquiries and general questions including policies and practices.
  • Drafting off-cycle title change, increases, promotion letters, statement of service letters.
  • Assisting with ER protocols including investigations, performance improvement, policy breaches etc.
  • Participate in and drive assist with the implementation of special HR projects including strategic initiatives to help align employees to strategic goals of the business
  • Work with the Global HR Business Partners to develop HR strategies for the business and internal client groups
  • Develop strong and trusted partnerships with leaders and senior managers providing objective coaching and advice.
  • Work with the HR Business partnering team coordinating engagement initiatives, working closely with others to assist you.
  • Maintain employee data changes within Oracle, ServiceNow (HRIS Systems)
  • DevelopingAssisting to report on HR metrics to help measure our success. Performing management regular reporting and tracking activities.
  • Partnering with Payroll, BTS, Office Management, Accounting, and other departments to resolve issues.
  • Assisting employees by answering questions, providing information and referring them to appropriate staff as needed to provide exemplary customer service.
