EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years in experience in HR with experience covering aspects of strategic people delivery
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline would be beneficial
  • CIPD qualifications would be beneficial
  • Familiar working in an international, multi-brand, matrix organisation and with working with senior management
  • Experience of operating a continuously changing and evolving environment
  • Strong event management and delivery experience
  • Strong HR project management experience with ability to manage multiple projects and operational activity simultaneously
  • Ability to understand and use HR Systems
  • Ability to analyse data and share key insights

Responsibilities:

  • The Senior HR Advisor will need to manage people initiatives end to end, this will include understanding the project scope, stakeholder requirements, working with COEs and local HR to ensure a seamless delivery and ensure metrics are obtained on the success of those initiatives.
  • Partner with key stakeholders across the VTBA Enabling Functions to identify and implement suitable solutions for operational requirements and in support of functional people plan activities.
  • Support the Head of HR in transformation programmes across the VT Enabling Functions.
  • Support planning, organization and delivery of various People Strategy events, training, and development sessions.
  • Liaise regularly with HR expertise teams as required to ensure that specialist HR activity can be effectively delivered within the functions and that local needs are considered.
  • Collaborate and influence other members of the global HR team as appropriate to align on ways of working, execute against operational requirements and share best practice.
  • Strong foundational HR knowledge to be able to advise managers on complex or escalated employment relations matters.
