Job Description
We’re recruiting for a HR Senior Advisor to join us. Reporting into a senior HRBP, this role is dedicated to providing HR support across our Group Functions. You will partner with the HR Centres of Excellence to develop, influence, support and deliver the HR priorities for the business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Support the HRBP’s with the annual cycle of people activity, including pay review; performance calibration and employee Voice Survey to drive business and people performance. Acting as the key conduit for disseminating information from Centres of Excellence and complying with submission deadlines
- Support the HRBP’s and HRD with identifying, analysing people related MI for the purpose of influencing business unit plans and effectively implementing the right business solutions
- Assisting with pre-work for job alignment, talent reviews, performance calibrations and salary review processes, including producing the information packs and presentations
- Work with relevant HRBP to provide pro-active HR interventions to the business in line with the business HR strategy or people program so that impacts and risks are understood and managed appropriately
- Identify, propose, gain stakeholder input and implement improvements to policy or processes to enhance customer experience
- Advise and refer people managers to the correct Centres of Excellence and/or resources on HR matters to build their expertise and ensure they are receiving appropriate support
- Undertake HR projects or people change management work as directed by the HRBP or HR Director
- Ensure all relevant job descriptions have appropriate “Consumer Duty” accountabilities
Qualifications

- Essential experience in and understanding of employment law, generic HR policies and procedures
- Understanding of Reward and People Development methodologies and current best practice
- Experience of providing effective HR partnership to support the business with an awareness of the different challenges that are faced
- Capability to source, gather, analyse and interpret business-focused HR data to enable effective decision making
- Customer focussed with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels
- Pragmatic, flexible and resilient - with high aptitude for multi-tasking and prioritising multiple deadlines is essential
