THE TEAM
The People Branch enable AEC’s people through the provision of expert advice, support and resources. Our services and functions deliver outcomes relating to; human resource (HR) strategies, frameworks and policies, diversity and culture, safety and wellbeing, workforce planning, recruitment, employment conditions and pay, HR systems and reporting. We aim to work in partnership with AEC business areas to bring a strategic focus and innovative approaches, built on solid operational foundations.
In anticipation of the next Federal Election and to support the delivery of programs to maintain the safety and wellbeing of our staff and community, the Diversity and Inclusion Team within the Safety, Wellbeing, Inclusion and Performance section is seeking talent to join their team.
