    Job Description
    As a Senior Regional HR Business Partner you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service as the business partner to regional leaders across our store network. You will be relied on as the trusted advisor for your region to provide sound commercial and practical HR advice on a range of matters, such as employment relations, performance management, absence management, talent management, succession planning, engagement, change management and learning and development. You will also take the lead on brand-wide HR initiatives, and be a valuable sounding board and coach for Regional HRBPs.

DRAWING ON YOUR TOOLKIT OF SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU WILL:

  • Build strong relationships with the Regional and Store Leadership and provide hands on support on a range of HR matters
  • Ensure HR processes are delivered consistently within areas
  • Ensure compliance with NZ employment legislation and company policies and procedures
  • Lead and participate in HR projects
  • Support the Regional HRBPs in your team with day to day problem solving and troubleshooting
  • Assist the business in delivering strategies to build organisational performance and capability with their teams
    Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

  • 4 to 6 years HR Advisor experience
  • Previous high volume complex employment relations advisory experience
  • Exposure to union bargaining is an advantage but not essential
  • Strong commercial and business acumen
