- Lead and manage effective end-to-end recruitment campaigns within the UK.
- Work closely with the Global Recruitment Specialist on the recruitment process to enhance the employer brand and reduce costs and time to hire.
- Lead and manage all of the employee lifecycle touch points across all departments in the UK.
- Full management of pay and benefits offered by the Company, including coordination with the HR Administrator to gather information for the UK payroll for our payroll provider monthly.
- Design and deliver all training initiatives for UK employees including career development and performance management.
- Work with line managers to identify training and development needs for employees.
- Be responsible for employee wellbeing and engagement activities within the office and online.
- Maintain accurate records and create reports using our HR System as needed for reporting on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Provide cover for the HR Manager when on leave.
REQUIREMENTS:
We are looking for a new team member who has strong interpersonal and communication skills, and is comfortable building relationships at all levels, both internally and externally. You will understand HR policy, practices and keep up to date with employment legislation within the UK, using your experience to coach, mentor and train throughout.
With excellent planning and organisation skills you will have experience managing an effective end to end recruitment process.
As the workload will vary day to day having the ability to prioritise and use your initiative is important. We want you to be confident making decisions but know when to ask for help.
You will be approachable and compassionate building trust and rapport across the UK Teams. With a hands on approach you aren’t afraid to get stuck in and go out of your comfort zone.
Ideally we are looking for someone who has worked in the technology sector and has experience of using an HR System such as Cezanne.
If you are CIPD Qualified at Level 5 or above and have experience working in a similar Senior HR Advisor Generalist role within an SME, we would love to hear from you.
