You can lead large, complex projects, doing your own research to bring concepts and initiatives to life whilst balancing a busy workload. Success comes in the form of delivering a fantastic ES Operations experience through operational and tactical processes within the employee life-cycle, working with the Systems team to create a better experience through system improvements, being an expert in the Access and ES ways of working and employee data as well as taking ownership of a stakeholder relationship within the ES Operations client group to drive further improvements between teams to further level up the employee experience. Day-to-day, you will: • Efficiently resolve queries via Access Assist on wellbeing, ER, global mobility, international transfers, time off, and HR systems. • Develop and implement new UK and international processes, creating documentation and knowledge-based articles in collaboration with the Systems team. • Manage the escalation inbox, ensuring timely and empathetic response and resolution of complex employee queries. • Collaborate with the M&A team and stakeholders to resolve integration issues, maintain compliance, and support audits by providing necessary documentation. Your skills and experiences might also include: • Deep knowledge of HR practices, processes, policies, and regulatory requirements, with expertise in key HR legislation such as Equality, Wellbeing, Visas, Sponsorship, contingent workers, and IR35. • Excellent communication skills for managing difficult conversations, resolving conflicts, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships through influence and compromise. • Proven ability to design and implement straightforward, practical processes, balancing organizational needs with individual experiences, and solving complex problems through critical thinking. • Highly organised, adaptable, and detail-oriented with strong IT skills (especially MS Office), capable of prioritising multiple demands and spotting risks while maintaining a fun, team-oriented approach.
