JOB DESCRIPTION
The Senior HR Business Partner will provide leadership and guidance to senior leaders, managers, and employees across the organisation. This role will drive organisational performance, employee engagement, talent management, and HR solutions aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring the effective implementation of HR initiatives while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business goals.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, talent management, and organizational design.
- Drive the recruitment, development, and retention of top talent.
- Lead performance management processes, including coaching and succession planning.
- Support change management initiatives and organizational development efforts.
- Oversee employee engagement programs and ensure alignment with business priorities.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve HR processes.
- Act as a mentor to junior HR team members, sharing expertise and best practices.
