Description:
You will be part of our People & Culture team in Denmark, where you will be the fifth member.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role in a multinational organization.
- Strong expertise in change management and cultural transformation initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change in a complex and dynamic environment.
- Solid understanding of HR practices and local labor laws.
- Understanding of HR key figures and data.
Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE ROLE:
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders, providing strategic HR guidance and support. Hereby conducting regular sparring sessions with managers to address challenges and foster professional growth.
- Facilitate leadership development and succession planning to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
- Oversee talent management processes, including recruitment, performance management, and employee development.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of managers.
- Implement development initiatives to build leadership competencies and promote a culture of continuous learning.
RESPONSIBILITIES SHARED IN THE DEPARTMENT:
- Analyze and interpret HR metrics and key performance indicators to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change management efforts and ensure the successful implementation of new processes and initiatives.
- Lead and manage initiatives related to internal cultural changes, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives
- Employee master data handling and contract management
