Description:

You will be part of our People & Culture team in Denmark, where you will be the fifth member.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role in a multinational organization.
  • Strong expertise in change management and cultural transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change in a complex and dynamic environment.
  • Solid understanding of HR practices and local labor laws.
  • Understanding of HR key figures and data.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE ROLE:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders, providing strategic HR guidance and support. Hereby conducting regular sparring sessions with managers to address challenges and foster professional growth.
  • Facilitate leadership development and succession planning to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
  • Oversee talent management processes, including recruitment, performance management, and employee development.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of managers.
  • Implement development initiatives to build leadership competencies and promote a culture of continuous learning.

RESPONSIBILITIES SHARED IN THE DEPARTMENT:

  • Analyze and interpret HR metrics and key performance indicators to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change management efforts and ensure the successful implementation of new processes and initiatives.
  • Lead and manage initiatives related to internal cultural changes, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives
  • Employee master data handling and contract management
