We are currently staffing a (Senior) HR Business Partner (APAC region) role at a global travel retail leader.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact and strategic advisor to local leadership and HR teams regarding all people and culture related topics. You will focus on the following countries in the APAC region: Australia, New Zealand, Hongkong, Japan, Singapur, Malaysia.
To succeed in this role, you should have more than 4 years of professional experience in an HR BP, HR Talent Management or HR Organisational Development role, preferably within larger organizations.
In addition to your excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, you should have a deep understanding of strategic HR principles and their application within global contexts, as well as top English and basic German language skills.
Last but not least you should be experienced to work with organisations & teams in the APAC region.
Responsibilities:
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL FOCUS ON THE FOLLOWING AREAS:
Consult & coach local teams in terms of all People & Culture (P&C) related topics
Share best practices and provide insights and guidance on organizational structure, change management and employee engagement initiatives
Partner with cross-functional teams to embed P&C considerations into global initiatives
Lead potential and performance reviews
Take the lead on global career management, including identification of talents and skill development needs
Steer and implement DEI Strategy in your locations
Travel ~ once a year to meet the local team of your location
