WHY JOIN US

We are recruiting for an innovative, delivery-driven, commercially minded Senior People Business Partner to join our brand-new Cyber & Information Risk Division. This exciting division was formed through the acquisition of two fast-growing powerhouses - Bulletproof and Pentest People. We have big plans for substantial growth in the UK and USA. With around 200 employees across the UK, USA, and India and £20m in revenue, we’re on a mission to combine these businesses into one market-leading force over the next 12–18 months.
At the heart of our success? Our people. Colleague engagement is our secret and creating a positive culture and investing in development, including our thriving graduate programme are key to retaining great colleagues in this competitive space. If you’re passionate about shaping a people-first business that’s poised to make a big impact, we’d love to hear from you!

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a People partner to collaborate with our leadership team and deliver innovative people strategies that drive growth, nurture talent, and support seamless change. As a trusted advisor, you’ll drive exciting projects and guide senior leaders on key people topics like employee relations, recruitment and learning and development, all while championing a culture that aligns with our core values and business goals.
You will lead and inspire the People team, coaching colleagues to grow and thrive while aligning initiatives to business priorities. Bringing your expertise in employee relations you will confidently manage cases of all complexities and provide support and guidance on all thing’s employment law. You’ll manage international employees and take a leading role in workforce planning, talent pipelines, and leadership development, including designing a divisional Talent and Succession programme. You will oversee the Graduate Recruitment scheme and enhance employee engagement and retention through strategies that empower managers with mentorship and coaching skills that foster leadership and high performance.
