Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
Conservice is hiring for a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) that will play a pivotal role in aligning human resource strategies with the organization’s business objectives. This position requires a strong strategic partnership with business leaders to drive talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives. The HRBP will support newly acquired businesses, managing integration planning, handbook policy revisions, and the deployment of HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, analytical, and change management skills, fostering a high-performance culture while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a strategic HR role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and policy development.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and change management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS and data analytics tools to drive informed decision-making.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in supporting M&A activities, including integration planning and HR SOP deployment.
- Familiarity with developing and revising handbooks and policies for diverse business units.
