SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Degree educated (or equivalent experience)
  • CIPD level 7 qualified (desirable)
  • Significant HR generalist experience, within fast paced environments; multi-national preferred, or with dispersed workforce essential
  • Experience leading projects, including ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously; adept at managing conflicting priorities and different stakeholders
  • Thrives on variety that generalist roles present; comfortable switching between operational tasks and projects, whilst keeping an eye on details, deadlines and the bigger picture
  • Proven experience of managing a wide range of employee relations casework and operating successfully in an advisory capacity
    Salary band - GBP 70,000 - 80,000 d.o.e

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a proactive and experienced People Partner. In this role, you will thrive undertaking project-based work to drive HR initiatives across the group, alongside delivery of responsive generalist, operational and strategic HR support.
We have an exciting HR agenda over the next 2-3 years and are on a mission to create a diverse and inclusive culture where people can be their best and are inspired to work and develop their careers. In this role, you’ll have a platform to contribute fully to this agenda undertaking a broad range of HR delivery; including but not limited to reward and benefits, employee relations, systems and date, learning and development and supporting to enhance the HR processes, policies, systems, and reporting.
You’ll possess a passion for value-add HR delivery and partnering closely within the business. Confident managing implementation and maintenance of “fit for purpose” frameworks and processes from inception to launch. Reporting into and working closely with the Head of People, you will be first point of contact to our international teams and lead project streams/deliver HR plans to maximise operational effectiveness.

FIT FOR PURPOSE POLICIES, PROCESSES, AND PROCEDURES:

  • Collaborate with HR team managing international legislative updates/knowledge sharing to ensure compliance across the group
  • Partner with leads to deliver timely outcomes associated with cyclical activities (i.e., business planning, promotions, equity awards and salary reviews)
  • Lead rollout of centralised initiatives to maximise effective delivery of global HR programs, policies, and processes (incl. facilitation of associated training, as required)
  • Support stakeholders’ strategic plans and operational priorities, ensuring regular communication with wider team to facilitate alignment/awareness of priorities and needs
