Description:
SALARY: UP TO €75K, WITH A COMPREHENSIVE BENEFITS PACKAGE
On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to manage all HR matters across their Ireland operations. This key role will ensure that the full end-to-end employee lifecycle is delivered consistently and efficiently, in line with company policy. The successful candidate will have strong expertise in HR management and employment legislation, and will play a vital role in supporting the organisation’s strategic goals.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 7-10 years of HR management experience, with a strong background in end-to-end HR operations.
- Degree in HR Management, Business, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of current and impending Irish employment legislation.
- Proven experience implementing HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Strong track record of managing complex employee relations and delivering HR projects.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all HR functions across Ireland, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Provide guidance to senior leadership and line managers on HR best practices and employment legislation.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Irish employment law.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive organisational culture.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
- Ensure efficient delivery of HR services such as payroll, benefits administration, and performance management.
- Collaborate with leadership on talent management, succession planning, and workforce development.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
