Your contribution within the team
As (Senior) HR Business Partner you consult and enable the company’s leadership team in finding the sweet spot between business requirements and individual needs. You are responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support the organization’s goals and objectives.

What Type of Workout You Can Expect

  • Talent Development: you collaborate with leads in identifying skill gaps, defining team set-ups and filling gaps by talent development and/or hiring strategies
  • Performance Management: you provide guidance on goal setting, performance evaluation, feedback mechanism, low and high performance handling
  • Reward Systems: you guide on benchmarking, job evaluation, incentives, bonus systems
  • Engagement Focus: you contribute in assessing engagement levels of conducted surveys and identifying areas of improvement
  • Legal Guidance: you give guidance on HR policies and employment laws, keep eye on contractual topics and help to manage disciplinary actions and conflict resolutions
