Liverpool Hospital is seeking a tertiary qualified and/or experienced Human Resources Business Professional or Operational Business Manager who is ready to join our contemporary and innovative HR Team.
Our Senior HR Business Partners are trusted advisors, collaboratively partnering with the management teams, and committed to coaching and educating the workforce on all people management strategies, projects and promoting staff engagement and wellbeing strategies across all areas of Liverpool Hospital.
You are a strong advocate for Diversity, inclusion and belonging, have advanced capabilities in effective communication, data analytics, project and change management, training, development, performance management and importantly be a mentor and advisor to operational managers and the wider HR team..
