Senior HR Business Partner

The Senior HRBP will be a key contributor to the business, providing general HR support to managers across the business. Reporting in to the Head of HR, this is a true generalist HR role where you will get to develop and own exciting HR projects.

In this role, we’re counting on you to:

• Partner with managers across the business to support and guide business leaders and employees across a range of HR matters including performance management, employment conditions, employee development, morale and engagement
• Manage the HR administrator, overseeing the HRIS system, Workday
• Resolve employee relations issues and address grievances
• Identify training needs for teams and individuals
• Facilitate training as required
• Manage and implement HR projects as they arise
• Work with our global team to manage and roll out global HR projects
• Analyze trends and metrics within the HR department
• Assist across the HR function as required
