As one of our Senior HR Business Partners, you will partner closely with key Leaders, as well as the wider team to understand business needs and objectives and develop HR strategies and programs to enable our growth and continued excellent performance. Responsibilities:
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
The HR Business Partner primarily responsibilities:
- Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) advice and guidance on Business HR services across the business
- Build and sustain professional, collaborative relationships with management and employees
- Lead the development and delivery of effective best practice HRBP services and programs
- Work in partnership with leadership to coordinate and resolve complex employee relations issues
- Develop effective recommendations and solutions (including alternatives) in relation to people management issues
- Partner with Centres of Expertise (COE’s) to ensure that enterprise strategies and processes are optimised and delivered
To be successful in this role you will also have:
- Proven experience in a similar role, working across multiple disciplines including talent acquisition, talent development, compensation, performance management, retention, analytics, work health safety, diversity and respective employment legislation
- Extensive experience with demonstrated results in developing and implementing HR solutions to complex client group strategy and objectives
- Significant knowledge and application of relevant legislative provisions, regulations, and Acts including Fair Work Act (FWA), Work Health & Safety Act, Long Service Leave Act, etc.
- Extensive understanding and experience applying business principles and practices, which achieve organisational goals
- Significant experience providing effective guidance, mentoring and training to other employees
- Computer literacy with an ability to produce, analyse, and interpret complex reports and management information.
- Ability to review multiple data sources and turn this data into the information needed to inform and drive decisions in the business.
- Ability to work as a part of a Senior Leadership team, to proactively assist the delivery of organisational and program goal
