We are currently looking for a

SENIOR HR BUSINESS PARTNER (F/M/D)

At our headquarter in Monheim am Rhein

Your Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders of dedicated business divisions to understand business goals and develop HR strategies to support them.
  • Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning, performance management, and employee development.
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies.
  • Drive organizational development efforts, including change management.
  • Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture in line with Ecolab’s values.

Lead labour law & Labour relations:

  • Drives unified approach in implementing global, regional, local initiatives at more than one legal entity
  • Lobby & foster and push for a unified approach to consultation process with all workers councils involved
  • Harmonize regulations accross the legal entities where economically useful
  • Leads on complex codetermination initiatives & requests (e.g. negotiating collective benefits, working time, social plan, etc.)

Your Profile

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years as HR BP.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labour laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and build relationships with senior leaders.
  • Strong track record of analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively in a complex matrix organized environment.
  • Experience with HRIS and other HR technologies.
  • Solid knowledge of German employment law / works constitution.
  • Experience with negotiation with works council.
  • Fluency in German & Business English is a must.
