For that growth mission, we are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Senior HR Business Partner. This role is pivotal in supporting both our production and office teams, ensuring that HR strategies align with our overall business objectives.

Responsibilities:

WHAT WILL YOUR ROLE BE

As our Senior HR Business Partner, you will bridge and foster a cohesive and collaborative environment between the office and production teams. You will work closely with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals, drive key people initiatives and foster a positive work environment, enhancing overall employee engagement and performance. This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional who has a strategic mindset and passion for driving organisational success through effective people and culture management in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU´LL DO

  • Being a strategic partner to senior management, providing expert advice on HR-related matters, to understand their objectives and develop HR initiatives aligned with our strategy and company goals, offering insights and recommendations to enhance HR policies and processes.
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations practices.
  • Oversee the recruitment, and onboarding processes for both production and office roles.
  • Utilize HR metrics to analyze trends and develop actionable insights.
  • Prepare and present reports on HR activities and outcomes to senior management.
  • Work cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition to refine talent strategies.
  • Implement HR processes and HR policies that comply with local legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with the European HR team bringing solutions for the region on topics such as talent management, compensation structure and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provide expert guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
