For that growth mission, we are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Senior HR Business Partner. This role is pivotal in supporting both our production and office teams, ensuring that HR strategies align with our overall business objectives.

As our Senior HR Business Partner, you will bridge and foster a cohesive and collaborative environment between the office and production teams. You will work closely with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals, drive key people initiatives and foster a positive work environment, enhancing overall employee engagement and performance. This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional who has a strategic mindset and passion for driving organisational success through effective people and culture management in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT YOU´LL DO
- Being a strategic partner to senior management, providing expert advice on HR-related matters, to understand their objectives and develop HR initiatives aligned with our strategy and company goals, offering insights and recommendations to enhance HR policies and processes.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations practices.
- Oversee the recruitment, and onboarding processes for both production and office roles.
- Utilize HR metrics to analyze trends and develop actionable insights.
- Prepare and present reports on HR activities and outcomes to senior management.
- Work cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition to refine talent strategies.
- Implement HR processes and HR policies that comply with local legal requirements.
- Collaborate with the European HR team bringing solutions for the region on topics such as talent management, compensation structure and employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide expert guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
