Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to provide strategic support to critical teams at Nuro, and drive important business and people outcomes. As a key member of our HR team, you will coach and advise management and employees across the company to ensure we offer the right tools and resources for our teams to thrive. In this role, you will be a trusted partner to leadership, delivering data-driven insights and people solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness. You’ll also help build and launch key training initiatives and design and implement HR programs that align with Nuro’s business goals as we continue our journey toward L4 autonomy on all roads.
This role requires strategic support, program management, and hands-on employee relations. You will work across multiple functions to ensure a high-performing, inclusive, and collaborative culture where all employees can excel.
