Therefore, we are currently looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to become part of this journey and contribute to our overall purpose – securing people through advanced technology.

QUALIFICATIONS

We expect you to be able to plan and organize your tasks and therefore has a sense of urgency. The successful candidate will have proven success in leading and driving organizational transformation and change management initiatives. You should have several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role, preferably in a large company within an engineering-related field or a consultancy working with large companies. A strategic mindset is essential, with the ability to think creatively and drive innovative HR solutions.
You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, capable of prioritizing among competing initiatives and tasks. Passionate and open-minded, you will build on the knowledge of others and work collaboratively to deliver valuable solutions. Excellent communication skills are necessary, both structured and articulate in written and spoken communication, with proficiency in English (Danish is a plus).

Responsibilities:

TEAM AND ROLE

As a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) in our Global Sales division, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational success. With a holistic and broad one Terma business view, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the business, championing the creation of thriving and developing organizations. You will be part of a dedicated HRBP team of five, committed to continuously enhancing the value HR Business Partnering brings to the business. Your role will involve close collaboration with colleagues across HR Operations, HR Development, and other Terma Group Functions.
You will report directly to our SVP in HR, but your primary stakeholder will be our EVP, aligning your daily responsibilities with the strategic direction. Your main base of operations will be in Søborg, though you should anticipate regular travel within Denmark and occasional trips beyond Europe.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leadership Team Member: Serve as a trusted advisor to the EVP of Global Sales and Portfolio Management and other senior leaders, contributing to strategic decision-making
  • Strategic Initiatives: Lead and implement talent development and cultural initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Organizational Transformation: Identify and address organizational challenges, facilitating effective transformations.
  • Leadership Development: Coach and develop leaders, promoting Terma’s overall leadership approach.
  • Annual Cycle Activities: Oversee employee performance, development, and wellbeing activities.
  • Guidance and Coaching: Provide expert advice to leaders on people-related matters from attraction to exit.
  • Champion Diversity: Advocate for diversity, inclusion, and psychological safety within the organization.
