JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in any field
- Minimum 2 years HR experiences in construction industry

Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of HR operations support
- Provide guidance to employees in compliance with company policies
- Update and maintain relevant HR info databases
- Maintain an effective and user-friendly document control and filing system
- Participate in continuous improvement on HR work processes and create SOPs and documentations
- Handle MOM related survey
- Support in other ad-hoc HR projects and activities as assigned
