  • Develop and execute workforce strategies aligned with organizational goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A recognised degree, preferably in Business, Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including minimally 3 years of managerial experience.
  • Strong supervisory skills and proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
